In 2025, I launched group coaching cohorts — a community-based alternative to private coaching.
Each group became a powerful space for shared vulnerability, expressed empathy, and forward healing. As those first cohorts come to a close, I took time to listen closely to participant feedback while preparing for our 2026 launch.
I’m excited to share that I’ve
revamped the group structure and focus. With that, I’m proud to introduce Rooted and Rising — a brand new approach to group coaching.
Rooted and Rising is a redesigned group coaching model built around shared learning and collective growth. These cohorts are intentionally structured so every participant engages with the same material, develops shared language, and grows together over time.
If you’ve been in group spaces that felt scattered, mismatched, or hard to engage in, this structure offers something different. Each session has a clear focus and a shared starting point, creating space to learn both from the material and from one another.
These are guided, reading-based coaching cohorts where we move through a book together and use it to ground discussion and reflection. The shared text gives us direction, supports meaningful conversation, and helps each participant connect the material to their own story.
As we read and discuss, you’ll have space to process your experiences, learn from others’ perspectives, and set personal goals aligned with where you want to go next.
Each cohort is anchored in a carefully selected text and facilitated with clear pacing and structure so sessions stay focused, connected, and growth-oriented.
Every cohort follows the same rhythm:
90-minute sessions, meeting three weeks each month (with one week off to rest and integrate)
30–45 minutes of guided reading and teaching during the session
Conversation focused on clarity, discernment, and integration
Clear group focus, so you’re learning alongside women with similar experiences
Space to reflect without pressure to overshare or move faster than you’re ready
You don’t need to prepare ahead of time, and you don’t need to purchase the book unless you want to. We read together, live in-session, moving chapter by chapter at a pace that allows understanding to actually take root.
This structure is intentional. It creates safety without stagnation, depth without overwhelm, and connection without chaos.
All cohort members will receive a complimentary membership to my private Facebook community:
Women Thriving After Abuse. (A $20 per month value!)
This space includes archived teaching, real-time support, a monthly live support session, and a place to ask questions or receive feedback from both me and other like-minded women walking similar paths.
